Accommodation

6 nights hotels / inns / guesthouses
During the trip you will be accommodated in specially hand selected 3 star hotels, inns and guesthouses on a twin share basis with ensuite facilities. There is the option to upgrade to Category A accommodation - 3-4 star hotels and guesthouses - a supplement applies.
We can assist with booking pre and post tour accommodation for an additional cost on or after booking. Please speak to your reservations consultant or travel agent.

Grading

INTRODUCTORY - GRADE 1
This trip involves 5 days cycling of between 35km and 50km (21 and 31mi) per day usually along paved cycle paths across generally flat terrain. In and out of the cities there will be some traffic. You need only carry your camera
ain gear and water bottle. The accent is on keeping a relaxed pace to take in all of the attractions, with time to stop and take photos. Your luggage is transferred from hotel to hotel. For this reason the trip is a grade 1 cycle and is considered suitable for beginners. *For safety reasons, we insist that cycle helmets be included as a compulsory item on your equipment list.

What You Carry

During the cycle day you will carry your daily requirements in the pannier provided with the bike. This may include your lunch, wet weather gear, mobile phone and water. A small daypack which can be kept inside the pannier is useful for sightseeing.
