Day 1 : Seoul Arrival (D)

Upon arrival at Incheon airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. Spend the rest of your day free at your leisure.

In the evening, after a tour briefing, our tour guide will take you out for a Welcome Dinner.

Day 2 : Seoul City Tour (B,L)

After breakfast at your hotel, we will transfer you to discover the New Seoul area. Visit the beautiful Gyeongbokgung Palace to experience the most representative edifices of the Joseon Dynasty (more than 500 years old) and visit the National Folk Museum to see Korean Unique culture as well as people’s lifestyle in the olden days.

We also enjoy the Traditional Royal Guard Changing Ceremony. Then, we will be passing (stop) by the Presidential Blue House.

We'll have a walk around the Bukchon Hanok Village seeing several traditional homes, Hanok.

Then, we will head to ICE Gallery, the world’s first indoor ice sculpture gallery that’s open year-round. Also, we have an enjoyable time at Trick Eye Museum. Trick eye transforms global cultural content and sculptures into smart and modern optical illusion art.

Day 3 : Seoul - Jeonju (B,L)

Today, we proceed to the most celebrated village of Jeonju, the Landmark of Korean Culture.

We first visit Hanji Museum (Korean Traditional Mulberry paper), as Korea’s first museum specializing in paper, it has an extensive collection of 3,000 artifacts and a database documenting the long history and superiority of Hanji (Korean paper). You also get DIY experience to make Korean paper with wooden tools and bring it back home.

We will take a tour of Jeonju Hanok Village, the largest Korean Village with various traditional cultural facilities in the downtown area. Coming up next is a walking tour in the Gyeonggijeon pavilion, the symbol of Jeonju’s Korean-style village.

Day 4 : Jeonju - Gayasan National Park - Gyeongju (B,L)

This morning, we transfer to Gayasan National Park which is known to offer one of the best scenic views in the country and also as the home of Haeinsa Temple. Haeinsa ("Reflections on a Smooth Sea") is an important Buddhist temple on Gaya Mountain, best known for its complete copy of the Buddhist scriptures, the Tripitaka Koreana.

Then, we move to the century-old historical Gyeongju City, the 1,000-year-old capital of the Shilla Dynasty. The Gyeongju Historic Areas were designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000 and also known as the largest outdoor museums in the world. The protected areas encompass the ruins of temples and palaces, outdoor pagodas and statuary, and other cultural artifacts left by the Silla Kingdom.

Day 5 : Gyeoungju (B,L)

After breakfast, we will start our city tour from Bulguksa temple (UNESCO World Heritage Site), also known as “The Buddhist Country Temple”, alongside is the neighboring Seokguram Grotto Hermitage. Lastly, we will visit Daereungwon, also known as Tumuli Park which has more than 20 large and small tombs from the Silla Period. We also visit Chomsongdae Observatory, constructed as the lunar calendar, and Tumuli park exhibiting the Royal tombs.

Gyeongju Nat’l Museum is loved by visitors and residents alike as it houses numerous historical and cultural artifacts of the Silla Dynasty (57 BC-AD 935). Then, we visit Gyeongju Folk’s Hand Craft Village, Shilla ancient Kiln for Celadon.

Day 6 : Gyeoungju - Busan (B,L)

Today, we move to Busan city, South Korea's second-largest city after Seoul. Start to visit the Yongdusan Dragon Head Park – it is called Yongdusan because the shape of the mountain resembles a dragon’s head emerging from the sea.

Then we will go to Busan Tower, a 120-meter tower that provides a stunning bird’s-eye view of the entire city of Busan, including islands and ships dotted in the distant seas. An impressive sight today is the trip to the Jagalchi Fish Market, the largest fish market in Korea and a popular “must-go” site for tourists in Busan. The market is located beside Nampo Port which means the fish can be kept fresh and delivered quickly.

Day 7 : Busan City Tour (B,L)

After breakfast at the hotel we first visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, which is situated on the coast of the north-eastern portion of Busan.

Next, we will visit Taejongdae Park, which represents Busan, and is especially famous for its rock beach. Featuring its highest peak at 250 meters, there are forests of pine trees and 200 other varieties of trees.

After that, we also visit APEC House, which refers to an APEC Conference Hall. Collectively, it means “a house where the world summits gather together for an APEC meeting”. We then transfer to the most popular Haeundae Beach, and Centum city is registered in the Guinness World Records as the largest shopping complex in the world.

Day 8 : Busan Village Tour (B,L,D)

Gamcheon Culture Villiage is the destination today. This is formed by houses built in staircase-fashion on the foothills of a coastal mountain, earning this village the nickname "Machu Picchu of Busan."

We also visit Nampodong International Market, which is one of Korea’s largest markets; each alleyway is crowded with stalls, and it connects to Bupyeong Market, Kkangtong Market, and other smaller markets. The market stocks such a wide variety of goods, that you can find almost everything you need.

This evening enjoy a special Farewell Dinner.

Day 9 : Busan Departure (B)

I was SOOOO fortunate to pick Tweet World Travel to organise my Vietnam holiday last October . I travelled with my wife and 5 friends for three weeks taking in Ho Chi Minh city , Hoi An , Da Nang , Hue and Hanoi/Halong Bay. The trip was just so well prepared , with private transport and English speaking guides for the whole trip . So many excursions ( all paid for ) included in the holiday . we saw so many wonderful historic places , stayed in beautiful hotels and had some fantastic meals in great restaurants all over Vietnam. We have just had 3 wonderful weeks in Vietnam, visiting Mekong Delta, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang/Hoi An, Hanoi, SaPa & Halong Bay & can highly recommend Tweet World Travel. We had already booked some accommodation ourselves at a beachside resort but wanted to extend our holiday to travel around & see more of Vietnam. Twee did a fantastic job at organising our itinerary around what we had already booked & suggested activities & sightseeing trips to us that we had not considered. We certainly enjoyed all the activities & experienced much more than if we had tried to organise it ourselves. It was also very reassuring to know that I could easily contact Twee if I needed advice on anything at all while we were away. The guides on all our day trips were fantastic - very friendly & looked after us all very well. They were all happy to share information about their lives with us which made the trip more memorable & enjoyable with some unique experiences. Highlights of our trip were Hoi An (especially the Hoi An Food Tour - lots of fun, on the back of motorbikes), SaPa (especially sightseeing by motor bike, although wouldn't recommend the noisy train trip to get there), Cycling around villages in the Mekong Delta (away from tourist areas), Halong Bay cruise & the gorgeous Apricot Hotel.
