At 08:00am, we transfer to Cai Be for our visit to floating market and island. The program will start with the visit of Cai Be colourful floating market cruising among local barges full of fruits and vegetables. Then, an optional stop can be made at local workshops where we can see how rice paste, coconut candy and pop-rice, popcorn is made.Lunch will be served at a local homestay. After lunch, we can walk around and then we will enjoy some kinds of fruits when listening to the traditional music. It will be so amazing to bike on village paths to see the local farms, houses, real life and the ancestral ways to pick up fruits in Mekong Delta... This morning we will visit My Son Sanctuary, the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam up to the 13th century. Discover the majestic ancient ruins at My Son including ancient towers which were built from the 4th century.In the afternoon, take a leisure walking tour in Hoi An and soak up its rich wealth of heritage. Visit the Japanese Merchant Houses, the famed Japanese bridge, Chinese temples, ancient houses and pagodas.Overnight in Hoi An.

Today, join a fun cooking class to create some of Vietnam's signature dishes at a famous Vietnamese restaurant. Pay a visit to the local market to shop for fresh produce,  then join the cooking class as your chef show you the culinary technique and insights in using various herbs and spices. After the lesson, sit down and dine on your creations.Hoi An's cooking class offers you a fun time and a chance to meet local people and experience a side of Hoi An that you'll otherwise miss out.

In the morning, we will cruise along the romantic Perfume River before heading out for the countryside. Take a short domestic flight from Hue to Hanoi.On arrival at Hanoi airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy lunch at the hotel with a leisure afternoon.Overnight in Hanoi.

Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex to see Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh's house on stilt, the Presidential Palace and the One Pillar Pagoda.Also visit the Temple of Literature originally built as a temple to Confucius.After lunch, we will visit the Museum of Ethnology. Then take one-hour cycle around the Old Quarter. Later enjoy the unique Water Puppet show.Overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast your transfer vehicle will collect you from your hotel in Hanoi and convey you to Hai Phong where you will be taken on our tender from the wharf and make your way out onto the bay to board our luxurious craft.You will be welcomed aboard and greeted with a complimentary drink. After our crew conduct a compulsory safety procedure session you will be free to check into your cabin and freshen up.Take some time to have a look around the vessel or watch the magical landscape go by before a special lunch of fresh seafood and an assortment of appetizing favorites is served as we set sail for Lan Ha Bay passing by Da Chong islet where you can see a lighthouse built by the French over 100 years ago.When lunch is about to finish, we enter Lan Ha Bay (as part of Halong Bay). Optional electric car service is available (at an extra cost).After a set menu lunch served on our day boat you are free to go kayaking and/or swimming at Ba Ham Lake area situated in the middle of a narrow, rectangular area, with all four sides enclosed by vertical cliffs (if the weather permits).Back on board the main cruise ship take some time to freshen up, take a nap or just relax at your leisure as we cruise to our overnight area.
