Kidepo Valley National Park is located in the far North East of Uganda sharing a border with both Sudan and Kenya. It is one of the most spectacular parks where visitors will experience a real feeling of wilderness. It’s the fifth largest National Park in Uganda covering an area of 1,442 square KMs. The Park offers some wonderful scenery with varied terrain consisting of mountains & Savannah Landscapes. Day 1 : To Kidepo Valley National Park:

Location: Kidepo Valley National Park

Accommodation: Safari Lodge

Accommodation Name: Kidepo Savannah Lodge or Nga'moru Wilderness Camp

On this day, you will have your breakfast & transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park. The drive will take you through the Karamojong Villages and you will also be rewarded with splendid views of the countryside. Kidepo Valley National Park is Uganda’s most isolated national park, but the few who make the long journey north through the wild frontier region of Karamojong would agree that it is also the most magnificent with ranks among Africa’s finest wildernesses.

You will arrive to Kidepo Valley National Park late in the evening & check in to Kidepo Savannah Lodge for relaxation, dinner & overnight stay in self-contained safari tents with private bathroom facilities. The lodge is built with comfort in mindset and is inspired by the savannah surroundings, the grasslands, rocky outcrops and the Karamojong tribe with their typical manyattas and colorful blankets.

All meals and enough drinking water are included.

Day 2 : Game Drive And Karamjong Community Visit:

Location: Kidepo Valley National Park

Accommodation: Safari Lodge

Accommodation Name: Kidepo Savannah Lodge or Nga'moru Wilderness Camp

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

On your morning game drive a ranger with extensive knowledge of the park will join you in your vehicle. The Park is known for its massive elephant population, wide array of bird species and big herds of buffalo. Giraffes, lions, antelope and waterbucks can also be spotted here and if you search the trees carefully, you may even spot the elusive leopards.

In the afternoon after your lunch, you will spend time in a Karamjong village learning about their traditional way of life, traditional kraals, traditional dance, their typical manyattas and colourful blankets among others before returning to Kidepo Savannah Lodge for dinner and overnight stay in self-contained safari tents with private bathroom facilities.

All meals and enough drinking water are included.

Day 3 : Departure:

Location: Entebbe

Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch

On this day, you will enjoy your last sunrise & breakfast in this beautiful corner of Uganda before your guide drive you across the beautiful sceneries back to Entebbe and drop you off at Entebbe International Airport 3 hours before your departure time. Please make sure your flight departure is after 8 pm at the very earliest. For flights departing before 8 pm you will need an extra night in Entebbe, which we can help arrange for you at an additional cost.

Our Uganda trip was much more beautiful than we had expected. The travel planning and accommodations (Tent Camps) were exactly as we wanted them to be at Kidepo Valley National Park. Our guide Emma and our driver Solomon were very friendly, very competent and very courteous. We had the feeling to travel with friends. Uganda is a beautiful country and the people are very friendly. With covid-19 pandemic ravaging the world, we decided to travel to Africa for our anniversary after the reopening of airports in most countries globally and Uganda was our desired destination. We searched around for our trip management company and Ecovic Tours emerged as our company of choice. We're extremely happy that we chose Ecovic Tours. The company exhibited much professionalism during our trip organization and execution. During the pre-trip communication, Vincent was exceedingly helpful and would reply very promptly to our queries. On arrival at the airport, we were picked amidst observing the SOPs directly to our booked hotel where we started off our safari in the morning. We visited several places including Kidepo Valley, Murchison falls, Kibale Forest and Bwindi, and we were in the company of our guide Alphonz and Vincent. These two are wonderful and amazing people. They were so friendly, courteous and professional. Both of them were so knowledgeable about Uganda and their knowledge about birds and all the animals were breathtaking. Ugandans are loving and kind. They made our stay in Uganda so memorable. I highly recommend Ecovic Tours!

I was a solo female traveller, Vincent was very considerate in providing the lovely Patricia as my guide. She was warm, friendly and very knowledgable. She even bought me a pack of cards and taught me a Ugandan game. William was a very reliable driver with a great sense of humour. Uganda is beautiful. I did 2 gorilla treks, saw wildlife in Queen Elizabeth, Murchison and Kidepo Valley National Parks, immersed in the culture and had a lot of fun on the way. The lodges were fabulous and the food endless. An all round amazing time. Would highly recommend Vincent and his team.

We did a tour starting in Entebbe, Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, Kidepo Valley, Murchison, Kibale, Queen Elisabeth NP, Lake Mutanda, gorilla, chimpansee and golden monkey trekking, then to Kigali to visit the Genocide Memorial. We had a great time, everything was well organized, friendly and professional driver and guide. I hope we can come again!. Go Vincent and Ecovic Tours
