Tour Overview

Nepal Highlights Kosher Tour is a blended package of culture, religion, and nature in Nepal. We cover mountain views, city tours, and jungle safari. The city tour of Kathmandu offers a magnificent temple, stupas, and palaces. The day six is SABBATH. Pashupatinath temple is a famous temple in Nepal. It is also the cremation place of Hindus, which lies on the bank of the holy river Bagmati. Every year thousands of people visit the temple and its surroundings. From the Gai Jatra, the festive season starts in the durbar squares. But the Gaijatra is celebrated all over Nepal in the Newar community. Bhaktapur Durbar square is a bit larger than others which is famous for the Golden temple, 55 windows durbar, and exotic art. Patan Durbar Square is for the wooden craft, where we can see marvelous craft skill. Similarly, in Kathmandu, we see the living goddess- Kumari. Nepal is different in the world because we can see the living goddess. Nagarkot (2175m) is one of the best hill stations nearby Kathmandu. Stunning Sunrise over the Himalayas can see from the Nagarkot. Nagarkot is also great for escaping the bustling city. Pokhara is the city of lakes. Fewa lake is the largest and most famous lake in Nepal. The island temple Talbarahi, Davis falls, caves and peace stupas, museums, Seti Gorges, etc. are the visiting spots of the city. Chitwan National park is the best option for a jungle safari tour. Jungle walking, bird watching, and Tharu culture are the activities done in Chitwan. A scenic mountain flight completes the Nepal Highlights Kosher Tour, a flight that takes off from Kathmandu and flyovers the Himalayas. The scenic flight offers a closer view of the Himalayas

Seti River Gorges: “Seti” translates to “white”. The gushing white waters of the river barges through a gorge making a turbulent and majestic flow. The gorge can be seen from K.I Singh Bridge, at Bagar, Mahendrapool, and Prithvi Highway bridges.

Davis Fall: Also known as Patale Chhango, it is a waterfall tremendously popular among both domestic and international tourists. The volume of water gushing through is really impressive, especially with the sun rays hitting the water flowing into a gorge.

Gupteswar Cave: It is not only a cave but also a path to the famous Hindu temple of Pokhara, Gupteshwor Mahadev Temple. Devotees flock to the cave to pay a visit to the temple. The cave is almost 300m long, and in some stretches of the cave, you need to crawl on all four.

Awesome Trek with Gyanu!

22-Dec-2020

In November 2014 I undertook the Everest Base Camp trek from Lukla with Gyanu as my guide. Guiding seven other Australians and me, Gyanu made the trek an absolute pleasure, ensuring every step of the journey was a safe and happy experience. By far and away this was the most rewarding multi-day trek I have ever done, though I would recommend any of the shorter activities as well. Walking in the shadows of the spectacular mountain of Ama Dablam for a number of days, as well as a dawn summit of Kalapathar would be the highlights. (See Photos) Gyanu has many years experience trekking in the Sagarmatha/Everest region and is extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding mountains, their history, and Nepalese/Sherpa culture. The esteem in which Gyanu is held by his fellow Nepalese was evident on every day of the trek, where he was warmly greeted and embraced by both younger porters and more experienced guides coming from the opposite direction. I would attribute much of this warmth and respect to Gyanu s commitment to educating his porters and junior guides over many years, something that obviously seems to be appreciated. Gyanu was very patient with our group of eight trekkers and made our health, safety and comfort his primary concern. In addition, Gyanu is very good at maintaining good morale in the group, his pre-dinner Nepalese singing skills never ceased to amaze our fellow trekkers in the various tea houses as we progressed into the mountains! I will never forget my Everest Base Camp experience and would thoroughly recommend Gyanu as a guide on any trek or activity offered. If I am ever lucky enough to return to Nepal I would make sure Gyanu was my guide!

Exhilarating from start to finish

03-Jan-2022

I returned to Nepal to trek Everest after falling in love with the Himalayas and Nepal 9 years earlier. It was imperative to choose an ethical, professional and quality tour company to provide an ideal platform for me to achieve one of my dreams, see the summit of Mount Everest. The pre and post tour support was fantastic but more than matched admirably by my guide Gyanu and porter Ratna during the 7-day trek to Namche Bazaar. During the trek, Gyanu was professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and flexible when faced with challenging weather ensuring the trek was a success. I would recommend any other independent travelers or groups to Nepal to use Gyanu as their guide.

Great Moment of Life!

06-Jan-2022

I trekked to Everest Base Camp and Rajendra Neupane was my guide. I did a lot of research prior to my trip to make sure I found the right guide and I was so lucky to get Raj. My trip started off with my friend deciding she could not get on the flight to Lukla. I was immediately on my own with this young man I just met. I was a bit nervous about doing this trek alone and Raj made sure was I always taken care of. It was a bit daunting to be halfway around the world by myself with a strange person you are now trusting to get you through the trek. Raj did an amazing job. I was a 50-year-old woman and had never done anything quite like this. It had been a dream to see Everest. Every step of the way Raj was encouraging and made sure I was okay. He took his time with me and help me reach my dream of seeing Everest. I was thinking this poor young man stuck with this old lady yet it was always by my side. He checked on me at night made sure I was eating and drinking properly. We got to Gorak Shep and I developed health issues and we had to immediately go back down he was very compassionate and never seem upset with me. I would highly recommend Raj to anyone wanting to trek to Everest Base Camp.

Amazing 8 days

18-Mar-2020

We had an amazing 8 days with our fantastic guide Gyanu! He sorted out everything for us; transport from Kathmandu to Pokhara, hotel booking, all our food and accommodation for the trek to Annapurna base camp (4200m!) and great knowledge and guidance at all times. He was able to show us so many things we would have missed, find the best tea houses and places to eat and explain anything that we asked about. Highly recommended! 10/10

20-Jun-2015

Myself and my husband went to Nepal at the end of 2014 and spent two fantastic weeks there. We spent the first week trecking and our guide - Gyanu Bhatta - was fantastic. It was our first time trecking since around 10 years, so we were quite slow most of the time. Gyanu always made sure he supports us and walked behind us to ensure all is OK during the whole trip. At the beginning of our trip I also got really sick - most probably I ate something that didnt agree with my stomach :) On the next day we had a very long treck - around 10 hours. Gyanu was so caring all the way through - with medicine, with offer to carry my luggage, with soups over the night - he was constantly there. Gyanu was also very knowledgable and he taught us a lot about the mountain, the people, and the local culture. We are really thankful we had such a great guide and we wish him every success and more clients! Elena & Rob

02-Oct-2015

I last went trekking in 2012 with guide Gyanu Bhatta. Everest Base Camp is spectacular worth the trip alone but to have a knowledgeable and experienced guide makes the trip that much more enjoyable and gives you the confidence you need on what could be a tough trip as you acclimatize to the altitude in the Himalayas. Thanks to Gyanu and Apex for making my trip one Ill never forget

Local business that is "100% heart"

16-Dec-2021

Gyanu was our guide and was recommended by a traveler we had met. He and two friends have recently gone into business on their own and are putting their heart and souls into making a great company. Caring for their guests is their top priority! They do all of the well-known hikes in Nepal and also do day trips. I believe they would create a wonderful itinerary whatever your request. Check out the website.
