Can I join the tour once it has departed?

No, once the tour has departed it is very difficult to join the group

What happens if I need to change my holiday date once I’ve booked?

You can still change you holidays after a booking. You just have to contact us at info@nomadspath.gr and we will discuss the alternatives you have.

What documents will I receive before I travel?

You will receive a booklet in pdf format which contains in detail the itinerary and also some useful information

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?

You will join a group with travellers who probably will come from different countries.

Do I need any special clothes or gear ?

No special gear is required for any of our trekking trips as everything required will be provided by us. However, you will need to have the proper clothing for your trip, and we can provide you with a proposed clothing checklist. In addition, you will need to have a comfortable pair hiking boots.

Who will be my travelling companions on the tour?

You will join a group which probably will come from different countries.

The maximum size of the group is 14 persons

    NomadsPath allows you to transfer existing payments to a future tour to avoid cancellation fees if you can't travel and inform NomadsPath, 0 days before departure.

  • Low Deposit

    NomadsPath requires a minimum deposit of 30% or the full booking value, whichever is less, with the final balance not due until 30 days before departure.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If you need to cancel your tour, tourhub doesn't charge a cancellation fee, here is a summary of NomadsPath charges.

    At 60 days before tour starts: Forfeit 0% of tour cost
    At 30 days before tour starts: Forfeit 50% of tour cost
    At 15 days before tour starts: Forfeit 100% of tour cost
  • Covid Measures according to international standards

    All payments are deposited into an externally regulated Trust account.
