Day 1 : Arriving In Lima

Location: Lima

Accommodation: Hotel

Upon arrival at any time reception, assistance and transfer to the selected hotel.

- You are in charge of arriving in Lima by plane at any time. Our Services start in Lima and finish in Cusco

Day 2 : Lima City Tour - Cusco

Location: Lima

Accommodation: Hotel

In the morning a trip to the essential Lima, “The City of Kings” including the most important architectural icons of the city, such as the Main Square, where you can find the Government Palace, the City Hall, the Cathedral and the Archbishop’s Palace.

Then, we continue with a visit to the San Francisco Convent, an architectonic jewel dating back to the 16th century. On our way to the modern area of the city, we will cross the exclusive district of San Isidro, the new financial heart of the city, we conclude our circuit in Miraflores, where we will visit the “Parque del Amor” (Love Park) an excellent spot to enjoy a great view of the Pacific Ocean. After 3 pm transportation to the airport to take the flight to Cusco. Upon arrival reception, assistance and transfer to the selected hotel; where you should rest to adjust better to the altitude (11,000 ft a.s.l.) (B)

Day 3 : Cusco

Location: Cusco

Free morning to visit the city and its museums: Inca, Preculumbian Art & The Machupicchu Museum. Afternoon Combined tour; visit the Koricancha (Temple of the Sun), Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Puca-Pucara and Tambomachay.

Day 4 : Sacred Valley: Pisac Ruins, Market & Ollantaytambo

Location: Ollantaytambo

Visit PISAC located right at the entrance to the Sacred Valley, the amazing Inca city that constitutes one of the most important Archaeological Parks in the region. Visit the fine temples, palaces and the well preserved and vast farming terraces; built even as far as the edge of precipices that still keep their straight sometimes vertical aqueducts; an imposing and unforgettable sight that also offers very beautiful landscapes. Later visit PISAC the Colonial Village, where you will see the famous "Indian Market" and the handicrafts or "souvenirs" market, this is your chance to enjoy a blend of color, traditions and people, and bargain for exotic craftworks.

Day 5 : Sacred Valley - Machupicchu

Location: Aguas Calientes

Accommodation: Hotel

Accommodation Name: Andino, Flower's House, Killa Inn or similar

Train ride to Aguas Calientes town (1 1/2 hours), bus ride to Machupicchu (1/2 hour) and private guided visit (2 1/2 hours) of the "Holy City of the Incas", the highlight of any trip to South America. Overnight Aguas Calientes. Optional visit of the hotsprings (tickets not included)

Note: Whenever it will be possible; to avoid the crowds and in the high season we will program this tour in the afternoon.

Day 6 : Machupicchu – Huaynapicchu - Cusco

Location: Aguas Calientes

Accommodation: Hotel

On your own, early visit of Machupicchu; to spot the amazing sun rise and take the optional short hikes to Huaynapicchu Peak (2 hours) & the temple of the Moon, to the Sun gate (2 hours) or Montana Machupicchu (3 hours) and the Inca Bridge. Afternoon return to Ollantaytambo by train (1 1/2 hours) and transfer by bus to the hotel in Cusco. (1 1/2 hours) (B)

Note: If you are interested in climbing to Huaynapicchu or Montana Machupicchu the entrance fees are included but you have to let us know in advance, we must buy tickets ASAP, there is a short limit per day.

Day 7 : Cusco – Lima

Location: Cusco

Meals Included: Breakfast

Transfer to the airport for the departure flight.

For affordable trips; our prices are based on good value hotels, but please note that for any package we can upgrade and use any other you wish: 4 star, 5 star, the most expensive rooms, etc. We have visited and tried every single one of the hotels we recommend. The standard depends on you, whether you want first class, medium or guest house standard, home staying. All of the hotels we have in our selection offer good value for money, are locally inspired and/or owned (wherever possible)
MINIMUM NUMBER OF TRAVELERS IN A GROUP THAT WE ARRANGE

Our prices are base on a minimum of 2 guests in double occupancy, if you are a solo traveler you must pay the single supplement. If you want a custom trip we will be happy designing and implement itineraries for as little as one person at a time. We have many clients who prefer to travel alone.

DO YOU ARRANGE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AIRLINES? / WHERE DO I FLY? / RECOMMENDED AIRLINES

No we don't. We don't sell tickets originating in countries outside Peru. We will handle everything once you are on the ground - domestic flights (optional: Usually it is cheaper if you book your own on line, recommended companies: LATAM, AVIANCA, STAR PERU, PERUVIAN AIRLINES, LC PERU), transportation, transfers, train and boat trips, etc. All the international flights arrive and leave to and from Lima (the capital). Depending on where you are flying from, the choices will differ. But from experience, if you are flying from Europe, Iberia and KLM offer many departures to South America and good fares. British Airways has a direct flight from London to Lima. Avianca (Colombia) and LATAM (Chile) also offer good fares and connections. From the USA: American, United, Continental, Delta, JetBlue and LATAM have frequent flights to and from Lima - Peru.

Best trip ever

Best trip we had. Everything is so well organized. Yuri - the owner was very trustworthy, punctual and knowledgeable and flexible since we had 7 year old and some hikes were hard and we were very sow. We did not have to think about anything but buying plane tickets to Lima. If I had to do it myself , I would definitely spend months and months of planning and probably would send more. Prices are very competitive as well. Highly recommend
