Itinerary
Day 1 : Stratford Upon Avon
Stratford-upon-Avon is a historic market town in Warwickshire situated on the banks of the River Avon and a popular tourist destination attracting over three million visitors a year. With its beautiful surroundings it’s not hard to see why it’s such a hit with coach trip visitors.
Best known for being the birthplace of the poet and playwright William Shakespeare and home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Stratford plays host to a rich programme of events and activities from festivals and music in the park to river racing and cruises.
Day 2 : Lichfield
The historic city of Lichfield is a joy to visit, located in the heart of Staffordshire and renowned for its magnificent medieval cathedral. The city’s streets are lined with Georgian museums, independent shops and a range of lovely restaurants for you to indulge in during your visit.
Day 3 : Warwick
The historic town of Warwick is best known for Warwick Castle, one of the most well-preserved medieval castles in Britain, which has stood for the last 1,100 years. Behind the mighty walls lie grand interiors such as the Great Hall and lavish State Rooms while the atmospheric dungeon brings to life some of the darkest and bloodiest times in the castle’s history.
This lovely town also offers an enticing blend of old and new; from gift shops, antiques centres and art galleries to traditional tea rooms, cafés and pubs.
